Straight answers on warranty, the optional No Fault Warranty, removal, deposits, and care.
- What does the warranty cover?
- Every install carries a lifetime warranty against bubbling, peeling, cracking, adhesive failure, and color change. The warranty is lifetime but non-transferable - it covers you, the owner, for as long as you own the vehicle.
- What is the No Fault Warranty?
- An optional $50.00 add-on. Covers re-tint of any panel for any reason - no questions, no fault required. One-time $50, added at booking. If a window ever gets damaged - rock, accident, or you simply want it redone - we re-tint that panel, no fault required.
- Do you remove old or failing tint?
- Yes, but tint removal is quoted case-by-case - old film, baked-on adhesive, and rear-defroster glass all vary. We'll give you an honest quote once we see the glass.
- Is a deposit required to book online?
- Not to request one. You pick your vehicle, film, shade and time on this site, and the request comes straight to the shop. We call you to confirm the details. If a deposit applies to your job we arrange it on that call, and it goes toward your final total.
- What does the vehicle price include?
- Vehicle pricing covers the sides and rear glass. The windshield is a separate add-on (our most-requested upgrade), along with brow, sunroof, and other panels.
- Will the film interfere with my phone, GPS, or defroster?
- No. Our Carbon and ceramic films are non-metal, so they won't interfere with cell, GPS, radio, or keyless signals. We also fit cleanly around rear-defroster lines.
- Do you do dry installs?
- No. Every window film is wet-applied and hand-fitted in a dust-isolated bay - never a dry install.
- How soon can I roll the windows down?
- Leave them up for 3-5 days while the film cures (longer in cold or humid weather). Light haze or small water pockets during curing are normal and clear on their own.
- Do you tint homes and businesses?
- Yes, we also install architectural flat-glass film. Those jobs are quoted per project, request a quote or schedule an on-site estimate.
